Who Is Private Training For?
Private training is for anyone who wants to take their boxing to the next level — whether you're a complete beginner who wants focused attention, an intermediate boxer preparing for your first fight, or an experienced competitor refining your game.
Many members combine group classes with private sessions. Group classes build your foundation and keep you consistent, while private sessions accelerate your progress with personalized coaching.

Your First Class
Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.
Arrive & Connect
Show up 10 minutes early. We'll introduce you to the community, get you set up with loaner gloves, and walk you through the basics.
Warm Up & Technique
We start with a dynamic warm-up to prevent injury. Then, we break down your stance, footwork, and how to throw a proper punch safely.
Bag Work & Drills
Zero hard sparring. You'll hit the heavy bags and focus mitts, building power, speed, and real combinations at your own pace.
Conditioning Burnout
We finish strong with a full-body conditioning circuit. Push-ups, core work, footwork drills — you'll leave feeling accomplished.
