Show up 10 minutes early. We'll introduce you to the community, get you set up with loaner gloves, and walk you through the basics.

Warm Up & Technique

We start with a dynamic warm-up to prevent injury. Then, we break down your stance, footwork, and how to throw a proper punch safely.

Bag Work & Drills

Zero hard sparring. You'll hit the heavy bags and focus mitts, building power, speed, and real combinations at your own pace.

Conditioning Burnout

We finish strong with a full-body conditioning circuit. Push-ups, core work, footwork drills — you'll leave feeling accomplished.
