Kids Boxing Classes (Ages 6–12)

Mon–Fri, 5:00–6:00 PM

Our kids program teaches real boxing fundamentals in a structured, encouraging setting. Kids learn footwork, proper punching technique, and defensive skills while building physical fitness and mental discipline. Every class reinforces respect, focus, and teamwork.

Your First Class

Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.

Arrive & Connect

Show up 10 minutes early. We'll introduce you to the community, get you set up with loaner gloves, and walk you through the basics.

Warm Up & Technique

We start with a dynamic warm-up to prevent injury. Then, we break down your stance, footwork, and how to throw a proper punch safely.

Bag Work & Drills

Zero hard sparring. You'll hit the heavy bags and focus mitts, building power, speed, and real combinations at your own pace.

Conditioning Burnout

We finish strong with a full-body conditioning circuit. Push-ups, core work, footwork drills — you'll leave feeling accomplished.
